Table 1: Factors of noise sensitivity- results of factor analysis on the different noise situations in each studies. The numbers refer to the factors on which the corresponding item loaded most heavily. Statistical details of the factor analysis (eigen values) and reliability analysis (alpha) are also supplied when available. Sensitivity Factor 1 refers to sensitivity to louder and typically more distant noises, while Sensitivity Factor 2 refers to quieter noises.
